Why build a training and development venue in the middle of suburbia? The immediate answer is a question, ‘why not’? Nearly every one of our clients lives in suburbia and it provides us with the opportunity to take them out of their offices, out of their vehicles, away from their computers to somewhere familiar, yet ‘different’. The concept is that people will think differently and make very different, (better quality) decisions in an environment that is removed from their norm ... an environment that stimulates very different brainwaves (a well researched subject but followed by very few, if any, organisations).
Once they have experienced such an environment, they can then come back to that location during an organisational change journey or coaching experience, to review / reconnect and pick up the same ‘vibe’ or emotional state that they had previously experienced. We blend the ancient with the modern … a Japanese scroll alongside high speed internet … a Kazuga lantern in sight of a flat screen TV … a meditation platform adjoining a modern in-ground pool.
We provide a venue for what we regard as the optimal team size (8 or less). If your team is larger than 8 people we do not cater for you. Please do not be offended … we do what we believe in. The outlay for hiring our venue includes EVERYTHING. We do not charge extra for features and services that most venues regard as ‘extras’ … we regard them as ‘standard’. We provide:

- Laser printing;
- Data show and screen;
- Easels, ‘butchers paper’ pads & marker pens;
- 52 inch flat screen TV and DVD player;
- High Definition Digital Handycam;
- Teleconferencing facility;
- Morning Tea / Lunch / Afternoon Tea;
- Plunge pool;
… and all this situated amidst the tranquillity of a Japanese inspired garden …
